Please be advised that until all steps have been completed, your child’s application process will not be complete. If no space is available at the time of your inquiry, you can ask to be placed on our waitlist. All of the steps must be completed, and families are required to submit a $100 non-refundable Waiting List Fee that cannot be applied to the Registration, Materials/Technology Fees, or that of any of our programs.

STEP 2: Complete and submit the application form along with a copy of your child’s birth certificate. To download the application form please click here The birthday cut off for enrollment is September 1st for every grade level; we follow the Florida Department of Education guidelines.
STEP 3: Submit the required Principal and Teacher recommendation forms to your child’s current school. Your child’s current school returns the completed forms directly to the Admissions Department. To download the forms, click the grade(s) you are interested in applying for below:
STEP 4: Submit your child’s report cards as well as attendance records for the current and prior school year.
STEP 5: Schedule your parent interview and child’s observation day by contacting our admissions department at 305.377.0391 or via email at [email protected] The available dates are predetermined by our admissions department and cannot be changed.
STEP 6: The Admission Committee reviews the completed application and sends admission decision letter.
Other documents required after receiving the letter of acceptance:
- Completed and signed Fees and Tuition Agreement
- A current physical examination and immunization records (blue and yellow forms) from a pediatrician. These must be provided by a licensed doctor in the state of Florida (no exceptions).
- Emergency Card
- After Care Registration Form
- Photography/Video Permission
- Food Permission Form
